The Salquenen Pyramids rise from the center of Cave Biber's vineyards in the Vallon Raspille, where the mountain stream also provides cooling moments. A unique natural experience where you can experience the authenticity of the wine at Cave Biber.

Since the winery was founded over 50 years ago, the wines have matured surrounded by outstanding, sunny vineyards in the wine-historical municipality of Salgesch, as well as in the neighboring municipalities of Noble Contrée, Sierre and Varen.

The Vallon Raspille, with its pyramid-shaped rock formations and its torrent, which originates on Mont Bonvin at 2,750 meters above sea level, offers a unique natural spectacle. The vines grow from the valley floor up to the tree line at 800 meters above sea level in the municipality of Varen. Jürg Biber's philosophy and commitment to quality paved the way for the winery to reach the top, a path that Remo Meyer, a young Swiss winemaker , continues to pursue.

Intensive, natural work in the vineyards allows for the harvest of aromatic and healthy grapes. In the winery, this high-quality grape is vinified with as little influence as possible and with a great deal of tranquility.
